Who are we?
We all, as operational managers, frequently find ourselves in periods of need for a quick, experienced, reliable support to manage a number of projects or simply to help with peak workload periods. Usually we are under budget constraints and / or "hiring freeze" policies.
We do not have the time to train a newly graduate... So we try to do it ourselves, wasting valuable managerial time and loosing visibility of the overall business. Deep inside, we all know, in the long term, this is a mistake...

Our main purpose is to solve the temporary need of additional, experienced resources to unblock a specific issue, manage a project, start-up an improvement program or even help to prepare and deliver a training on a specific methodology.
